1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via mobile banking or bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong products delivered
  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), RoksanasTrendz will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return conditions.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank account or mobile banking account.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our customer support.
